JANITORI™ commercial floor machines are factory-direct, freight-delivered rotary and orbital floor prep machines for stripping, scrubbing, and polishing hard floors — from established commercial brands: Square Scrub, Mercury Floor Machines, Dapper Supply, and Novatek.

Drive speed spans 175 RPM (Mercury Lo-Boy L-20E, Mercury Hercules H-20E — classic low-speed rotary for stripping and bonneting) up to 4,100 OPM (Square Scrub's orbital Doodle Scrub EBG-9 and Doodle Mop+ — high-speed multi-directional scrubbing with no swirl marks). Head/pad size runs 5.25" x 10.5" (compact Doodle Scrub EBG-9) up to a 14" x 28" head (Square Scrub Pivot EBG-28), with several models built around a 17"-20" pad — the size stocked in our own Floor Pads & Pad Drivers parts line. Motor output on the corded Square Scrub and Mercury models is a consistent 1.5 HP; the cordless Square Scrub Doodle Mop+ runs a 42V battery for 90 minutes per charge at 12 lb.

Choose by task, not just brand: low-speed rotary (175-300 RPM) is the standard for wax/finish stripping, bonnet cleaning, and spray buffing on VCT and terrazzo. High-speed orbital (3,450-4,100 OPM) handles daily scrub-and-prep work with less operator fatigue and no circular swirl marks — a better fit for grout lines and textured tile. Dual-speed units like the Mercury Cleanmaster TS-19 (175/300 RPM) cover both jobs on one machine.
