Product description

The SC750 ST is the step up a facility makes when a 20 inch machine stops keeping pace — warehouses, big schools, arenas, manufacturing floors and large retail. A 26 inch twin-disc deck riding 21 gallon tanks covers a theoretical 38900 sq ft/hr and a realistic 26300 sq ft/hr at working speed, roughly double a compact scrubber, while a 51.2 inch water lift through a three-stage vacuum leaves the floor walk-dry behind a 35.5 inch squeegee. The ST designation is the deliberately simplified build: ON/OFF palm switches with a maximum speed limiter instead of the variable paddle, and a shelf charger instead of onboard, which is what large crews with rotating operators usually want because there is almost nothing to set wrong. Scrub pressure steps from 80 lb for routine work to 170 lb in extreme mode for built-up soil, and a three-position flow rate lets a manager trade coverage against tank life — 91 minutes per tank at the low setting. This configuration ships with four 242 Ah wet batteries, a shelf charger and two 13 inch pad holders.

  • 26 inch (66 cm) twin-disc scrub path with two 13 inch pad drivers at 270 RPM, rated 38900 sq ft/hr theoretical and 26300 sq ft/hr at realistic working speed.
  • 21 gallon solution and 21 gallon recovery tanks give 91 minutes of scrubbing per tank at the low 0.25 gal/min flow setting.
  • Two-stage scrub pressure: 80 lb for routine maintenance scrubbing and 170 lb in extreme mode for built-up soil and grout lines.
  • Three-stage vacuum fan with 51.2 in water lift behind a 35.5 inch squeegee pulls the floor dry in one pass at transport speed.
  • ST build uses ON/OFF palm switches with a maximum speed limiter setting rather than a variable paddle, so rotating crews cannot mis-set the machine.
  • Three selectable flow rates (0.25 / 0.50 / 0.65 gal/min) let a manager tune water use against coverage per tank.
  • 24 V system accepting 242 Ah wet, 310 Ah wet or 312 Ah maintenance-free AGM batteries, so battery strategy can follow the shift schedule.
  • 61 dB A at the operator position keeps a machine this size usable in occupied buildings.
  • 62 inch minimum aisle turn and a 56.6 inch ST-model length keep a large-deck scrubber workable in real aisles.
  • 8.5 degree (14.9 percent) gradeability loaded and 10 degree trailer-ramp rating empty for ramps, docks and multi-level sites.

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
