How Your Machine Arrives · Freight & Delivery

Commercial floor equipment doesn't ship in a box with a doorbell ring. It ships LTL freight: strapped to a pallet, on a truck, insured. Here is exactly what happens after you order, so nothing surprises you.

What LTL freight means

LTL (less-than-truckload) is how machines from 200 to 800 lb travel. Your machine is bolted and strapped to a wooden pallet, wrapped, and loaded on a freight truck. Every Janitori machine ships with liftgate service included: the truck has a powered platform that lowers the pallet to the ground. You do not need a forklift, a loading dock, or extra hands.

The delivery, step by step

  1. We confirm your order and ship date. You get the tracking and carrier details by email as soon as the machine leaves the warehouse.
  2. The carrier calls you. Freight is delivered by appointment. The carrier phones to book a delivery window that works for you. Nothing shows up unannounced.
  3. The truck arrives, the liftgate lowers your pallet. Curbside or as close as the truck can safely get. From there it rolls on a pallet jack or walks off the pallet.
  4. Inspect before you sign. Count the pieces. Look for punctures, crushed corners, bent parts. Note ANY damage in writing on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. This one habit protects you completely.
  5. Unbox and go. Cut the straps, roll the machine off, keep the paperwork. Batteries and charger are in the crate.

If something arrives damaged

Every shipment is insured, and we run the claim, not you. Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and call or text us at 1-888-287-3732. You never argue with a freight carrier. That is our job.
