Lowest price guarantee
We will not be beaten by any authorized dealer. If you find a lower advertised price on the identical machine (same model, new, in stock) from an authorized dealer, call or text 1-888-287-3732 before you order and we will meet or beat it.
Terms: applies to authorized dealers only; marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay), grey-market, used or open-box units excluded. Documented proof required (link or screenshot). Manufacturer pricing rules mean some prices can't be advertised lower, but they can be discussed on the phone. That's why we say call.
30-day returns
Thirty days, no hassle, no runaround. If the machine isn't right for your facility, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return.
The honest fine print: machines must be unused or in like-new condition with original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost, never marked up. Not sure a machine fits before you buy? That is exactly what the phone and a quote request are for. Getting it right the first time beats any return policy.
Full manufacturer warranty
Every machine is sold as an authorized dealer, so the full manufacturer warranty applies, registered to you on your invoice. Typical coverage on our walk-behind scrubbers runs 5 to 10 years on tanks and housings and 1 to 2 years on motors and parts; the exact terms are listed on every product page's specification plate.
How a claim works here: contact us first. We open the claim with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it's resolved. You never get bounced between an 800 number and a dealer who says "call the factory."
