JANITORI™ commercial carpet extractors are factory-direct, freight-delivered self-contained walk-behinds, portable box-and-wand units, and compact spotters from established commercial brands — Powr-Flite, Minuteman, Tornado, Mytee, CFR, Sandia, IPC Eagle, Viper, Nilfisk/Advance, Clarke, Pacific Floorcare, and Sanitaire.

Pump pressure runs 30 to 500 PSI across the lineup, with tank capacity from 1 gallon (portable spotters) up to 25 gallons solution / 25 gallons recovery on the largest self-propelled walk-behind. 12 of the 35 current models are heated (in-line or tank heaters up to 2000W), delivering hotter extraction water for faster dry times and deeper soil release. Three models — the Clarke EX40 16ST, Sandia Optimizer 66-2100, and Minuteman X17 — are CRI Certified/Gold, meeting the Carpet and Rug Institute's Seal of Approval testing standard.

Choose by format: self-contained walk-behind for daily maintenance of large carpeted areas (14" to 20" cleaning path), portable box-and-wand for stairs, upholstery, and spot work a walk-behind can't reach, or a compact spotter for fast, low-volume touch-ups between full extractions.
