Product description
The Ultra Speed 20 is the cordless burnisher for facilities that need a wet-look gloss without dragging 100 feet of cord through occupied space. A 2.5 hp pad motor spins a 20-inch pad at 2000 rpm on the floor, restoring shine on finished VCT at up to 24000 square feet an hour, with a realistic working rate near 17600. Self-regulating pad pressure holds a consistent load instead of relying on the operator, and a double-pivot pad driver lets the pad follow floor contours so the gloss comes out even rather than streaked. A stiffened frame and nine vibration isolators make it noticeably smoother to run than typical burnishers, and passive dust control with a two-port bag keeps airborne dust down in schools, hospitals and retail. It runs on 36V with 200 Ah batteries and a standard onboard charger, and tips back for pad changes without tools.
- 20-inch (50.8 cm) burnishing path driven by a 2.5 hp (1.9 kW) pad motor at 2000 rpm measured on the floor.
- Polishing rate of 24000 sq ft/hr maximum and 17600 sq ft/hr practical — real throughput numbers, not just a top-end figure.
- Self-regulating pad pressure up to 30 lb (13 kg) holds a consistent load so gloss does not vary with operator technique.
- Double-pivot pad driver keeps the pad in alignment and lets it follow floor contours for an even, consistent shine.
- Class-leading passive dust control with a two-port disposal bag — no separate vacuum or dust skirt kit needed.
- 36 V system, three 12 V 200 Ah batteries, with a standard onboard 36 V / 25 A charger (85-265 V input).
- Stiffened frame plus nine vibration isolators for a markedly smoother, lower-fatigue burnishing feel.
- 68 dB(A) operation, quiet enough to burnish during occupied hours in hospitals, schools and offices.
- Tip-back design with palm switches, reverse button and an angle-activated safety switch for fast, safe pad changes.
- Low-battery protection and non-traction drive; 551 lb (250 kg) without batteries, 23 in (58 cm) wide for doorway access.
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
