Product description
The PHW splits the difference that most facilities actually need: an electric motor drives the pump so there is no gasoline engine noise or exhaust in the bay, while a diesel burner still supplies real hot water. This 230V single-phase version is the one that plugs into power most buildings already have. It has been Landa's flagship electric hot-water machine for more than a quarter of a century, and the reason is the patented Cool-Bypass system, which keeps pump water temperature down while the operator is off the trigger - idling in bypass is what destroys pumps on hot-water units. Snap-N-Go plug points let a time-delay shutdown kit, auto start/stop kit or wireless remote be added later without rewiring the machine.
