Product description
The SEA4-20024C is the wash-down machine for rooms where a combustion engine is not an option - food and beverage plants, commissaries, bottling lines, kennels and interior wash bays. Everything lives inside a sealed stainless steel cabinet that wipes down and does not rust when it gets sprayed, and the whole unit is compact enough to bolt to a wall bracket or sit on a shelf out of the traffic lane. An electric motor belt-drives an oil-bath tri-plunger LT pump, and because the machine is corded there is no run-time limit and no exhaust to ventilate.
- Fully enclosed stainless steel cabinet stands up to daily wash-down and caustic overspray in food-plant environments.
- Rated 4.2 GPM at 2000 PSI on a 460V 3-phase supply drawing only 7.2 A, so it lands on a small breaker.
- Industrial 6.2 HP electric motor belt-drives the pump through dual V-cogged belts on cast-iron pulleys adjustable with two bolts.
- Oil-bath tri-plunger LT high-pressure pump turning 1013 RPM, backed by a 7-year limited pump warranty.
- Accepts a clean fresh-water inlet supply up to 145 °F per the operator's manual - warm feed water shortens heat-up time on a plant hot-water loop.
- Five colour-coded quick-connect nozzles - 0° 15° 25° and 40° for pattern changes at the gun plus a black nozzle for detergent application.
- 50 ft of double steel-wire-braid high-pressure hose with a 24-inch hose guard and a swivel crimp fitting that stops the hose kinking at the gun.
- Time-delay shutdown is standard on stainless models and kills the unit if it idles unattended; an auto start/stop option replaces it for trigger-on operation.
- Inlet filter strainer protects the pump from line debris and scale.
- Optional wheel kit (8.904-527.0) and 100 ft hose reel (8.903-521.0) are field-installable.
