Product description
This is the Pivot orbital head factory-married to the HydroVac Pro solution-and-recovery system, which turns a floor-prep machine into a true one-pass scrubber. A single trigger runs the orbital motor and the vacuum together: the machine lays solution from a 2 gallon gravity-fed tank, the 3450 OPM head breaks up biofilm and soil in grout lines and porous concrete, and a 24" rear squeegee pulls the slurry into a 2.5 gallon recovery tank behind it — no separate mop-up or extraction step. Because it keeps the Pivot's compact rectangular footprint, it reaches into restrooms, kitchen lines and tight back-of-house areas that ride-on and large disc scrubbers cannot enter. Best-fit buyers are food service, healthcare and any facility fighting grouted tile.
- Lays solution, scrubs and recovers slurry in a single pass — eliminates the separate extraction or mop-up step.
- 14" x 20" orbital head at 3450 oscillations per minute driven by a 1.5 HP 3450 RPM motor.
- 2 gallon solution tank with lever-controlled gravity feed and a 2.5 gallon recovery tank with rear drain.
- One trigger operates the scrub motor and the vacuum simultaneously for single-operator control.
- 24" rear squeegee with 30" water lift and 90 CFM airflow for a dry-behind finish on grouted tile.
- Orbital agitation attacks biofilm in grout lines and porous concrete that rotary disc heads ride over.
- Compact rectangular footprint fits restrooms, kitchen lines and other tight areas large scrubbers cannot enter.
- 212 lb operating weight; 12 amp draw at 115V on a 50 ft 14-gauge cord — no dedicated circuit required.
- Rated for grouted tile, LVT/LVP, concrete and VCT; not intended for chemical or dry stripping duty.
- UL/CSA/CE certified; full Square Scrub pad program carries over to the head.
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
