Product description

The Cleanmaster is the answer when a crew needs one machine to strip on Monday and spray-buff or bonnet-clean carpet on Thursday. A switch takes the same 1.5 HP 66-frame D/C rectified motor from 175 RPM for aggressive scrubbing and stripping to 300 RPM for spray buffing, shampooing and bonnet work — the versatility of two 1.5 HP machines in one chassis. Because the motor is D/C rectified, it avoids the burn-outs, low-voltage drops and startup torque problems that hit A/C machines at the end of long cord runs. The 19 in apron is the middle size in the family, sized between the 17 in and 21 in builds. 5-year motor, transmission and chassis warranty.

  • Dual-speed brush: 175 RPM for stripping and heavy scrubbing, 300 RPM for spray buffing, shampooing and carpet bonnet cleaning.
  • 1.5 HP 66-frame D/C rectified motor with triple-planetary gears, 13-15 amps — no burn-outs, no low-voltage or startup torque problems.
  • 19 in apron takes a 17 in rotary brush or an 18 in pad driver with riser.
  • B/92 style clutch plate makes brush and pad-driver changes fast between tasks.
  • All-metal polished reinforced apron and metal chassis add weight for a brighter, longer-lasting shine.
  • Safety interlock switch plus non-conductive dual triggers keep both hands on the handle.
  • 48 in fully adjustable handle; super-thick non-marking bumper protects walls and baseboards.
  • 6 in non-marking fixed wheels for easy transport between areas.
  • One 50 ft 14/3-gauge safety power cord; the motor plugs into the cable at the handle base for easy maintenance.
  • Optional 16 in, 18 in and 20 in high-speed cushioned pad drivers are available for the 300 RPM side of the job.

Receiving — do not sign clean

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
