Product description
The Storm is the recovery vacuum a facilities team keeps staged for stripping jobs, burst supply lines and after-hours spills. Two independent 1.335 HP motors — 2.67 HP and 2000 watts combined — each on its own switch, so one motor can run light dry pickup and both can be dropped in for a flooded corridor. The super-durable poly tank holds 20 gallons dry and 15 gallons wet on a cart that stays steady and rolls without fighting the operator. It arrives ready to work with a 10 ft locking 1.5 in hose, a chrome-plated steel S-wand, a vacuum head and a 5-piece tool kit. Add the optional front squeegee assembly with a step-down foot pedal and it becomes a one-pass water pickup machine.
- Dual 1.335 HP vacuum motors (2.67 HP / 2000 watts total) with a separate switch for each, so power draw matches the job.
- 225 CFM airflow with 78 in of water lift for heavy, wet soil recovery.
- 20 gallon dry capacity and 15 gallon wet capacity in a super-durable poly tank.
- Cart-mounted tank stays steady on the floor and makes transport across a building simple.
- Washable cloth vacuum filter controls dust and protects both motors; removes without tools.
- 10 ft vacuum hose with a 1.5 in cuff that locks securely to the tank port, plus a chrome-plated steel S-wand and durable vacuum head.
- 5-piece tool kit included: crevice tool, dust brush, squeegee tool, scalloped bristle floor tool and 2-piece wand.
- One 50 ft 16/3-gauge safety power cord.
- 36 in tall by 17 in diameter, 63 lbs empty.
- Optional WVS-20 25.5 in front squeegee assembly with step-down foot pedal converts it to a walk-behind water pickup. 230-volt version available; chrome stainless steel tank version sold as WVC-20.
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
