Product description
The Nilfisk Advance ES300/ES400 is the current-standard self-contained carpet extractor on Nilfisk's industry-leading AquaClean platform, aimed at high-traffic commercial carpet in schools, healthcare, hotels and offices. The base ES300 ST (16" path, 9/7 gal) delivers powerful conventional extraction; the ES300 XP and ES400 XLP add patented LIFT Low-Moisture Technology (≈30-min dry time), three selectable cleaning modes (LIFT / Deep Clean / Pre-Treat), a front-mounted drain hose and an integrated hand tool. UL/CSA listed, 68 dB, backed by a 3-year parts-and-labor warranty — Janitori's premium self-contained anchor above the Viper CEX410.
- Current-standard AquaClean self-contained platform — Nilfisk's premium 16"/18" commercial carpet extractor
- Patented LIFT Low-Moisture Technology cuts carpet dry time to ~30 min (ES300 XP & ES400 XLP)
- Three selectable cleaning modes — LIFT, Deep Clean, Pre-Treat — from one control panel (XP/XLP)
- 9/7 gal (ST/XP) or 12/10 gal (XLP) tanks for long runs between fills
- 120 PSI pump + 1.5 hp vacuum for deep extraction and strong water recovery
- Integrated hand tool for upholstery, stairs and corners without a second machine (XP/XLP)
- Front-mounted drain hose for clean, low-spill emptying (XP/XLP)
- UL/CSA listed, 68 dB daytime-cleaning quiet, 3-yr parts & labor warranty
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
