Product description

The B-1500 is the straightforward corded burnisher for crews that maintain VCT and terrazzo on a nightly or weekly polish cycle. A 1.5 hp motor spins a 20-inch flex pad driver at 1500 rpm, which is a pad tip speed over 7850 ft/min — enough to bring a dulled finish back to gloss with the right pad and chemistry. It covers about 9090 sq ft per hour on a 50-foot 14/3 cord, so a single drop powers most of a corridor. At 79 lb with a dual-wall rotationally molded polyethylene base and a welded steel tube handle, it takes dock and stairwell abuse; the base carries a 10-year warranty. Interlock triggers and a vertical-handle safety lockout keep it from walking away from an operator.

  • 20 in pad on a flex driver spinning at 1500 rpm — over 7850 ft/min pad tip speed.
  • 1.5 hp motor drawing 15 amps on standard 115 V building power.
  • 9090 sq ft per hour productivity rating.
  • 50 ft 14/3 STO safety-yellow power cord — fewer outlet changes per run.
  • Handle height adjusts instantly from the operator position.
  • Dual-wall rotationally molded impact-resistant polyethylene base.
  • Welded structural steel tubing handle.
  • Carbon brush wear indicators so motor service is scheduled instead of discovered.
  • Interlock triggers plus a vertical-handle safety lockout.
  • Under 72 dBA and 79 lb with cord; ETL tested to UL/CSA standards.
  • 10-year base warranty / 3-year components / 1-year labor.

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
