Product description

The Brush-Assist 20 glides over hard floors on a 20" guarded brush deck. This is the machine-only configuration (no batteries included). It ships with the brush already installed plus a pad, pad driver and tool kit, and a ramp is included for unloading off the pallet. When the job is over, drain dirty water with the drain hose and any remaining solution through the 2" wide drain opening at the base of the machine.

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
