Product description
Sandia's high-pressure heated 12-gallon box extractor: a 0–500 psi adjustable pump plus a 2000-watt in-line heater delivering ~200 F solution, driven by dual 2-stage vacuums at 205" lift. The 12-gal tanks and dual 25' cords make it a restoration-grade portable; it needs two 20-amp circuits when heating. Roto-molded tanks and 10" stair-climbing wheels round out a serious commercial unit.
- 0-500 psi adjustable pump — dial pressure from carpet to heavy restorative work
- 2000 W in-line heater — extract with ~200 F solution for grease/oily soils
- Dual 2-stage vacuum motors, 205" water lift — strong recovery + faster drying
- 12-gal solution / 12-gal recovery — long runtime between dumps
- Roto-molded polyethylene tanks resist dents, chips and cracks
- Waist-high recessed controls + 10" stair-climbing non-marking wheels
- Air-intake motor cooling for longer vac-motor life
- Lifetime body / 2 yr motor / 2 yr pump warranty; made in the USA
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
