Product description
The Pivot EBG-20/C is the workhorse of the orbital floor-prep category and the model most in-house facility crews and flooring contractors standardize on. Its rectangular 14" x 20" head oscillates at 3450 times per minute, which lets it dry-strip finish off VCT, screen and recoat wood gym floors, scrub tile and grout, and hone or polish concrete without the chemical stripper, mop-up and downtime a rotary process demands. The pivoting head releases the handle from the base so the machine follows uneven floors and holds even pad pressure edge to edge, and removable slotted weights let one operator dial down-pressure to the job instead of buying a second machine. It runs on a standard 115V circuit at just 7 amps with a 50 ft cord, so it will not trip a building panel.
- 14" x 20" rectangular orbital head oscillates 3450 times per minute for chemical-free dry stripping, scrubbing, screening and polishing.
- 1.5 HP 3450 RPM motor draws only 7 amps at 115V, so it runs on standard building circuits without dedicated power.
- Pivoting head design releases the control handle from the base, letting the machine follow uneven and dished floors front-to-back.
- Near-equal front-to-back and side-to-side weight distribution puts the whole pad in contact so wear and cut are uniform across the surface.
- Removable slotted weights take the machine from 106 lb base weight to a 232 lb maximum so down-pressure can be matched to the task.
- 7-gauge stainless steel base and 10-gauge powder-coated steel frame with a 3/4" solid steel axle for job-site abuse.
- Four low-profile vibration isolators plus 69 dB operating sound allow daytime work in occupied buildings.
- 50 ft 14-gauge power cord with integrated cord wrap and a lighted plug; adjustable handle with trigger control.
- Dust containment kit included; optional HEPA dry vac kit and hour meter available.
