Product description

The Pro 500 is the workhorse portable of the CFR recycling line, built for in-house facility crews and contract cleaners who clean carpet daily and lose too much of the shift to dumping and refilling. Instead of running clean solution one way and dirty water the other, it filters and recirculates the solution through a multi-level recycling loop, so one 13-gallon fill keeps working far longer than a conventional extractor of the same tank size. The atomizing wand lays down a controlled, low-moisture spray and pulls it straight back out, which is why carpet comes up damp rather than soaked and returns to service faster. Dual 2-stage vacuum motors deliver 101 CFM at 150 inches of water lift, and the pump is adjustable from 100 to 500 psi so the same machine handles interim maintenance and full restorative work. This 98822 configuration ships kitted with the 11" Rapid Recovery wand, 3" combination hand tool and 33' hose; the identical machine is also sold as 98820 without tools for buyers who already own them.

  • Continuous Flow Recycling filters and recirculates the cleaning solution, cutting dump-and-refill downtime and stretching one tank of chemical dramatically further than a conventional extractor.
  • Adjustable solution pump runs 100 to 500 psi, so the same unit covers light interim maintenance and heavy restorative extraction.
  • Dual 2-stage vacuum motors produce 101 CFM at 150 in of water lift for aggressive recovery and shorter dry times.
  • 13-gallon solution and 13-gallon recovery tanks in a 124 lb portable frame sized for elevators, vans and closets.
  • Ships kitted with the 11" Rapid Recovery wand (type R, 2-jet), 3" combination hand tool and 33' Insider hose.
  • Wheeled handle plus 4" swivel front casters and 12" rear wheels for loading and stair-adjacent transport.
  • Hinged tank design opens the machine for internal service, and every filter is reachable without tools.
  • Front-mounted drain hose and front pressure gauge with adjustment knob let the operator dump fast and verify pressure mid-job.
  • Powder-coated aluminum chassis with a rotationally-molded polyethylene tank for corrosion resistance in wet service.
  • Handles carpet, stairs, upholstery, fabric office partitions and grouted hard surfaces from one machine.
  • Corded 115V/20A on a detachable 25' 12-gauge SJTW cord, so run time is unlimited with no battery management.
  • Backed by a 4-year parts / 10-year rotomolded tank / 2-year labor warranty.

Receiving — do not sign clean

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
