Product description
The GP26 is the high-ticket end of the line: a two-motor grinder-polisher that covers 26 inches per pass with a pair of counter-rotating 13 inch drivers. Counter-rotation is what makes it usable — the two heads cancel each other's torque, so the machine tracks straight instead of pulling sideways the way a single large disc does. It runs on a minimum 115V 20-amp circuit at 14.9 max amps, which means a restoration crew can work a retail floor or a school corridor without a generator or a 230V drop. A 6 gallon solution tank with a 60 psi diaphragm pump feeds wet processes, and the handle-carriage unpins from the motor head so a 308 lb machine can be carried down to a basement or up to a mezzanine in two pieces. It ships with two CLAW13 Pro dual-directional diamond drivers and has built-in dust control with a 1.5 or 2 inch exhaust barb for dry work.
- Two 1.0 HP TEFC AC motors on 115-230V 50/60 Hz — the same machine works on any global supply without modification.
- Two counter-rotating 13 inch drivers give a 26 inch path per pass with balanced torque, so the operator is not fighting side pull all day.
- XHD 11:1 gears turn both heads at 165 RPM — grinder speed, not buffer speed, for concrete and stone.
- 14.9 max run amperes on a minimum 115V 20-amp circuit; no 230V drop or generator required for most commercial sites.
- 6 gallon solution tank with a 60 psi diaphragm pump for wet grinding, honing and scrubbing.
- Two-piece design: the handle-carriage unpins from the dual-motor head (132 lb + 132 lb) for stair, basement and mezzanine transport.
- 308 lb total working weight including two removable collar weight sets (44 lb) — pull the weights for a lighter touch when polishing.
- Built-in dust control with a combination 1.5 in / 2 in exhaust barb for dry coating removal and grinding.
- Includes two CLAW13 Pro dual-directional diamond drivers; head geometry polishes to within 1/2 in of a wall.
- 10 in x 2 in grooved non-marking transport wheels, 3-position handle, 50 ft 12-3 twist-lock cord, USB port for the optional LED spot light, 66 dB operation.
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
