Product description
The Industrial XL1 is a 3-phase continuous-fill dry vapor steamer built around a 5-gallon stainless steel boiler and a 7-gallon stainless steel reserve tank, producing about 55 lb/hr of 97%-dry steam at 365F and 165 PSI. It draws 480V 3-phase power through a 20 kW Incoloy heating element (220V/575V available) and rides on 10 in rubber plus 5 in locking wheels, weighing 215 lb. It is used on conveyors, food-processing equipment, bakeries, ships, military bases and automotive components, and carries a lifetime warranty on the 5-gallon boiler.

Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
