Product description

The Therma-Steem .75 w/Wheels is the base .75 model fitted with Therma-Kleen's optional 32 in handle and 3 in wheel kit, so the unit rolls instead of being carried. It is otherwise identical to the base .75: a stainless steel boiler with a lifetime warranty and an Incoloy heating element reaching 300F at 80 PSI on 110 VAC power. It ships with the same 14 in wand, extension, multiple brush types, microfiber cloths, a squeegee and gloves for chemical-free cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing and degreasing.

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
