Product description

The IPC Eagle LP is an environmentally-friendly, lightweight dry canister vacuum for everyday floor and carpet cleaning. An energy-reducing eco-motor drives strong airflow and water lift in a simple, maneuverable, professional package for contractors, healthcare, hospitality and education.

Receiving — do not sign clean

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-888-287-3732 the same day.
