Shipping availability may vary based on product type, carrier restrictions, destination regulations, and compliance requirements related to industrial and chemical products.

2. Retail (Direct-to-Consumer) Orders

Shipping Rates

• Canada: free standard shipping on every retail order

• United States: for most products, free shipping on orders of $500 USD or more to the lower 48 states; a flat $19.95 USD on orders under $500; a flat $49.95 USD to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories

• United States, flat-rate freight products: some products ship at a flat freight rate instead of free shipping, and the product page says so. When one is in your order, its freight to the lower 48 is set by the order total: $29.95 under $250; $59.95 from $250; $89.95 from $500; $179 from $1,000; $295 from $2,500; $495 from $5,000 USD. It is added to the standard shipping on the rest of the order, and checkout shows the full amount before you pay. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, call 1-866-989-7489 for a quote.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

3. Wholesale, Bulk & Pallet Orders

• Pallet, bulk, and distributor orders are quote-only

• Shipping costs, freight terms, and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing prior to fulfillment

• These orders are not eligible for standard checkout shipping rates

Freight deliveries may require:

• Commercial delivery access

• Dock or forklift availability

• Delivery appointment scheduling

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access.

4. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon shipment from Janitori’s facility or designated carrier, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Janitori is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, regulatory inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

• Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)

• Janitori will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier

Refunds or replacements are issued only after the carrier claim has been reviewed and approved.
