Commercial Sweepers

Six of the sweepers listed here are from Dapper Supply. Hand-push: the 25.5" model ($135.95; 5.25-gallon hopper, rated up to 27,900 sq ft/hr, 20 lb) and the 36" model ($329.00; 10.5-gallon hopper, rated up to 39,500 sq ft/hr, 42 dB), both human-powered with no battery, fuel or electricity. Battery walk-behind, 40" path: the 9-gallon unit ($2,199.95; three-brush system, rated up to 26,000 sq ft/hr, up to 6 hours of runtime with a 6-8 hour recharge, 65 dB) and the 12-gallon unit ($2,849.95; triple-brush system, rated up to 43,055 sq ft/hr, built-in dust control with a 5-gallon water tank, up to 2 hours of runtime with about a 4-hour recharge). Ride-on: the 49" model ($5,600.00; 25-gallon hopper, rated up to 77,500 sq ft/hr at up to 6 MPH, 48V 52Ah battery for up to 3 hours per charge, 800W drive and 500W vacuum motors, 42" side brush). Turf and hard surface: the 22" battery sweeper ($349.95; 6.5-gallon bin, up to 4 hours of runtime, dual wheel sets for artificial grass and hard floors, adjustable height, foldable, 2-year manufacturer warranty).

Choose by floor size and power source. The hand-push units suit garages, workshops and walkways where nothing needs charging. The two 40" battery walk-behind units cover larger floors -- the 9-gallon runs longer per charge (up to 6 hours against up to 2), while the 12-gallon adds a larger hopper and a water tank for dust control. The ride-on is the pick when floor area is large enough that walking speed becomes the limit, and the 22" battery sweeper is the compact option for artificial turf as well as patios and hard surfaces.

Sweeping first removes bulk debris before a machine scrubs or vacuums the floor: compare floor scrubbers and commercial vacuums for the next step, or browse the full Dapper Supply range the six sweepers above come from.
