Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon shipment from our facility or carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

Damaged Shipments

Janitori is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, dilution errors, or use outside intended industrial or professional applications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janitori Inc. and ERE Inc. shall not be liable for:
