This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Janitori Inc. website (“Site”). Janitori Inc. is a subsidiary of ERE Inc.

1. Retail Returns (Direct-to-Consumer)
We accept retail returns under the following conditions:

Opened or used chemical products are non-refundable

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged:

Refunds or replacements for damaged shipments will be issued only after the carrier claim has been reviewed and approved.
3. Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect quantity due to our error, contact us immediately. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Wholesale, Distributor & Bulk Orders
All wholesale, distributor, pallet, and bulk orders are final sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Due to the nature of commercial and freight shipments, we do not accept returns or refunds on these orders except in cases of verified shipping damage.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
