We currently ship to:

  • Select international destinations, where permitted

Shipping availability may vary based on product type, carrier restrictions, destination regulations, and compliance requirements related to industrial and chemical products.


2. Retail (Direct-to-Consumer) Orders

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates typically range from $10–$20

  • Free shipping on retail orders over $100, where applicable

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to inventory availability.


Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on destination, carrier, and service level selected. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.


3. Wholesale, Bulk & Pallet Orders

  • Pallet, bulk, and distributor orders are quote-only

  • Shipping costs, freight terms, and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing prior to fulfillment

  • These orders are not eligible for standard checkout shipping rates

Freight deliveries may require:

  • Commercial delivery access

  • Dock or forklift availability

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access.


4. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon shipment from Janitori’s facility or designated carrier, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Janitori is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, regulatory inspections, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us promptly at info@janitori.com

  • Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)

  • Janitori will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier

Refunds or replacements are issued only after the carrier claim has been reviewed and approved.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of industrial cleaning products:

  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain regions or jurisdictions

  • Additional handling, labeling, or carrier limitations may apply

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Janitori is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
