How does a 500 lb floor scrubber actually get to me?

It ships LTL freight, strapped and shrink-wrapped to a pallet. The carrier delivers to the curb or dock by default; liftgate and inside delivery depend on the machine and your site, so we confirm those with you before the order ships. Full walkthrough: how freight delivery works.

Is shipping really free?

Yes for most products, on orders of $500 or more to the lower 48, included at checkout. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $19.95. Some products ship at a flat freight rate instead, from $29.95 by order total: the product page says so and checkout shows the rate before you pay. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories ship for a flat $49.95, or by phone quote for flat-rate freight products. Delivery services such as liftgate or inside delivery depend on the machine and destination, so confirm those before ordering.

What if the machine arrives damaged?

Inspect it before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it at the tailgate, and call 1-866-989-7489 the same day. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard, so check first and sign second.

How long until it ships?

It depends on the model and where it ships from, so we confirm the current lead time with you in writing before you order rather than posting a number we cannot stand behind.
