The 8012PRO-35HG is the highest-flow Pro-Super Skid: a Honda GX690 engine on a GP pump rated 3500 PSI at 8.0 GPM, belt-driven, on the same self-contained skid platform - for crews washing more square footage per hour than the 5.5-6 GPM skids can clear.

Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. What happens if it arrives damaged?

What warranty does it carry?

Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer.
