Product description
The Ultra D.C. is the burnisher a contractor buys when the building has long, straight runs of VCT and a nightly gloss standard to hit. Its 1.5 HP D/C rectified motor sidesteps the low-voltage startup and burn-out problems that plague A/C burnishers on long extension runs and older panels. The balanced all-metal chassis carries a flexible pad holder with a threaded pad-centering device, so pad pressure stays even and the finish comes up uniform instead of swirled. A low-profile drive apron reaches under counter coves and bed frames, which matters in healthcare and dorm work. Backed by a 5-year motor and chassis warranty.
- 1.5 HP D/C rectified motor at 15 amps eliminates burn-outs, low-voltage drop and startup torque problems common to A/C burnishers.
- 1500 RPM pad speed on a 20 in apron — the mid-tier gloss setting between the 1170 RPM and 2000 RPM builds of the same chassis.
- Balanced all-metal chassis adds weight for a faster, longer-lasting and brighter shine.
- Flexible pad holder with threaded pad-centering device conforms to floor irregularities for even shine and gloss.
- Low-profile drive apron reaches under counter coves and bed frames.
- Non-marking full-wrap bumper protects walls and baseboards.
- 6 in non-marking operating wheels plus separate 4 in transport wheels so contaminants are not tracked into finished areas.
- Safety interlock switch with non-conductive dual triggers keeps both hands on the handle and removes shock potential.
- Fully adjustable 48 in handle suits any operator height.
- One 50 ft 14/3-gauge safety power cord; motor unplugs at the handle base for service. Ships at 85 lbs. 230-volt version available.
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

Questions, answered
What training is required to run this machine?
Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.
How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight is free on orders $500+ to the lower 48. Full guide: how freight delivery works.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 5 years motor and chassis. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost. Full terms.
Will you match a lower price?
Yes, on machines. Send us the listing before you order and we match the same model advertised for less by another US seller. Price match terms.
Can my organization pay by purchase order?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted, and net terms are reviewed case by case for approved commercial accounts. Use the commercial quote form to tell us your billing process.
Which pads and cleaning products should I use?
Use only verified product references and the manufacturer's compatibility requirements. Contact the equipment desk with your floor type and application before substituting a product.
