Machine Brushes

Two brush formats cover the fleet: disc brushes bolt onto rotary/orbital single-disc scrubbers and machines (13"–20" diameters — Tornado and Powr-Flite disc brushes all fall in this range), while cylindrical (roller) brushes fit cylindrical-deck scrubbers and sweepers (Powr-Flite PF2030). Match the format to your machine's deck — a disc brush will not fit a cylindrical scrubber and vice versa.

Bristle grade sets how aggressive the scrub is: soft nylon brushes suit daily maintenance on polished or delicate floors, medium poly/PPL brushes handle general-purpose scrubbing, and aggressive Tynex-abrasive or "Hard-Grit" brushes are built for heavy soil on textured, non-slip or grouted floors. Prices run from small brush tools up to large brush rollers.
