Product description

The Viper Fang 15B is a compact, cordless 15" walk-behind micro auto scrubber built for daily light-to-medium-duty cleaning in tight commercial spaces — offices, classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, retail aisles and healthcare corridors. Two 12V/33Ah AGM maintenance-free batteries and an onboard charger deliver up to 2 hours of runtime and 8,000 sq ft/hr of productivity, while the pad-assist drive, fold-down handle and lift-off recovery tank keep it maneuverable and easy to store. A parabolic cast-aluminum squeegee recovers solution in a single pass for a deeper clean than mopping.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

Neutral floor cleaner (DEFAULT — ~90% of use)Low-foam neutral (pH ~7-9) auto-scrubber detergent for daily maintenance on sealed/finished hard floors. This is the Fang 15B's core job. Pair with a RED pad (light daily scrub) or WHITE pad for lightly soiled finished floors; use the VF89830 poly scrub brush on textured, non-slip or safety floors. Dilute per label — small 3.5-gal tanks reward accurate dilution.
Degreaser (alkaline, low-foam)For kitchen/cafeteria grease, entryways and heavier soil. Use a LOW-FOAM alkaline degreaser only. Pair with a BLUE pad (medium) or GREEN pad (aggressive) — or the poly scrub brush for grouted/textured floors. Rinse-pass with clean water after to protect finish; empty & flush the recovery tank after grease jobs.
Stripper (limited — small-area only)A micro pad-assist scrubber is NOT a stripping machine: small tanks, no traction drive, modest down-pressure. Only for touch-up/small-area strip with a BLACK strip pad and low-foam stripper. Large or full strip-outs should be done by mop-on / larger disc machine. High-alkaline chemistry — flush both tanks and rinse the vac path immediately after.
Floor finish / sealer — do NOT run through the machineFinish and sealer are applied by mop or applicator, never through the scrubber. The Fang 15B's role in a finish cycle is CLEAN/STRIP/PREP beforehand and daily scrub-maintenance afterward — keep finish out of the solution tank entirely.
Low-foam / defoamer note (critical)Always use LOW-FOAM auto-scrubber chemistry. The small 3.5-gal recovery tank and vacuum motor foam over fast — excess foam floods into the vac motor and kills pickup. Never use mop-bucket/high-foam soaps or bleach-heavy blends; keep a defoamer on hand and add to the recovery tank if foaming builds.
