Product description

The Minuteman E20 (E Series) is a compact 20" walk-behind disc scrubber whose traction-drive model advances at up to 3.1 mph for ~27,280 ft²/hr of hard-floor cleaning, with a 12-gal solution / 13-gal recovery tank and a low deck that clears obstacles in tight spaces. The E20DTDQP "Quick Pack" ships ready to run — 20" pad driver, two 12V batteries, and an on-board 115V charger included (add pads to start). One-button operation, tool-free brush and squeegee swaps, and ≤70 dB(A) sound make it a facilities workhorse for retail, healthcare, hospitality, schools, and industrial floors.

Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

Janitori Neutral Cleaner (pH-neutral daily floor cleaner)Everyday pairing. Run with a RED pad (or the pad driver alone) for routine auto-scrub of sealed VCT, LVT, terrazzo, and polished concrete. Dilute to a LOW-FOAM mix — neutral cleaners are finish-safe and need no rinse, ideal for daily maintenance on this machine.
Janitori Degreaser (alkaline / butyl)Medium-to-heavy soil. BLUE pad for general grease, GREEN pad for traffic lanes, docks, kitchens, and shops. MUST be a low-foam formula (or add a defoamer) — the 0.60 HP vacuum and 13-gal recovery tank foam out fast with standard degreasers. Rinse after.
Janitori Stripper (floor-finish stripper)BLACK (or brown) stripping pad at low speed to pull old finish before recoating. Strippers foam heavily: use a LOW-FOAM auto-scrubber stripper and/or dose a defoamer into the recovery tank, or wet-vac separately — never pull heavy foam through the vacuum motor.
Janitori Floor Finish / SealerNot applied through the scrubber. The E20's role in the strip-and-recoat cycle is PREP only — strip, scrub, rinse, and pick up. Apply finish/sealer afterward with a flat mop or finish applicator; no pad pairing for application.
Low-foam rule (all chemistries)Auto-scrubbers demand low-foam chemistry. Foam carried into the recovery tank reaches the vacuum motor, trips the float shut-off, and can damage the motor. Always dilute to low-foam and keep a defoamer on hand for degreasers and strippers.
