Product description

The Viper AS6690T is a 26-inch dual-disc, battery-powered walk-behind scrubber with traction drive, built for medium-to-large hard-floor facilities. Two 13" pad drivers deliver up to 28,400 ft²/hr of theoretical productivity with a 22-gallon solution / 24-gallon recovery tank and up to 4 hours of run time. Eco and Silent modes extend battery life and enable quiet daytime cleaning, backed by a 3-year parts-and-labor commercial warranty.

Configurations: AS6690T-215 (215 Ah wet batteries); AS6690T-242 (242 Ah wet); AS6690T-312 (312 Ah AGM). Also catalogued as material number 50000572.

Neutral cleaner (daily maintenance)Pair Janitori low-foam neutral floor cleaner (pH 7-9) with a WHITE (polish/very light soil) or RED 13" pad for daily scrubbing. Best everyday setting; run 71-lb pressure, Normal or Eco mode.
Degreaser (medium-heavy soil / grease)Pair a diluted low-foam alkaline degreaser with a BLUE (medium) or GREEN (heavy) 13" pad at 90-108-lb pressure. Green for baked-on grease in kitchens/industrial bays; dilute per label to keep foam down.
Stripper (floor-finish removal)Pair high-alkaline floor stripper with a BLACK (or brown) 13" strip pad at 108-lb pressure, slow pass. Note: the disc AS6690T strips adequately, but Viper's orbital sibling AS7190TO is the purpose-built chemical-free finish-removal machine — flag if heavy stripping is the primary job.
Finish / sealerFloor finish is NOT applied by the scrubber (use a mop/flat applicator). Use the AS6690T with a WHITE pad + neutral cleaner only for prep/buff between coats.
Low-foam requirement (critical)All auto-scrubber chemistry MUST be LOW-FOAM. Excess foam floods the recovery vacuum and trips the float shut-off, killing suction and risking the vac motor. Always dilute to spec; add defoamer/vacuum-motor protectant to the recovery tank for high-foam or heavily waxed floors.
