Product description

The Minuteman E20BDQP is a compact 20" single-disc walk-behind auto scrubber with a brush-assist drive, 12-gal solution / 13-gal recovery tanks, and a 33" parabolic squeegee — rated at ~15,000 ft²/hr. The "Quick Pack" (QP) ships turnkey with two 12V batteries, an on-board 24V charger, and a 20" pad driver. Its low, tight-turning brush deck targets restrooms, retail aisles, and cluttered floors where larger scrubbers can't reach.

Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

Janitori cleaning products are made in Canada. Confirm product compatibility with this machine before use.

Neutral cleaner (daily maintenance scrub)Pair with a RED pad (or WHITE for very light/polished floors) on the 172520-2 driver. Dilute per label. Must be a LOW-FOAM / auto-scrubber-safe neutral — high-foam mopping detergents trip the recovery-tank float and can reach the 0.60 HP vac motor.
Degreaser (heavy soil / grease — food service, industrial, break rooms)Pair with a BLUE pad or the 20" nylon brush (172520-1). Use a low-foam degreaser; add a defoamer to the recovery tank on heavy grease loads to protect the vacuum motor. Give dwell time before the squeegee pass.
Stripper (finish / wax removal)Pair with a BLACK strip pad at 180 RPM, slow overlapping passes. The single-disc deck strips one 20" swath at a time — flood, dwell, agitate, then recover. Heavy stripper slurry foams: run a defoamer or double-pass, then neutral-rinse before re-coating.
Floor finish / sealerNOT applied by this machine — the E20 strips and preps only. Lay finish separately with a flat mop / finish applicator after the scrubber has stripped and the floor is rinsed and dry.
Low-foam rule (critical for all chemistry)Every chemical run through the E20 must be low-foam, and keep a defoamer on hand. Foam trips the recovery-tank float shut-off (kills suction mid-job) and, unchecked, carries into and damages the vacuum motor. This is the #1 cause of auto-scrubber vac failures.
