Product description

The EB4040HGE-20 is Pressure-Pro's Eagle II belt-drive cart: a Honda GX390 engine driving a GP pump through a single-bolt interlocking belt cover (one bolt for the cover, one for tension) at 4000 PSI / 4.0 GPM. Same welded aircraft-aluminum frame and lifetime frame warranty as the direct-drive Eagle line, plus a 50 mesh inlet filter, adjustable pressure unloader, low-oil shutdown and thermo-sensor bypass protection. Ships with gun/wand, 50 ft QC hose, chemical injector and 4 color-coded nozzles, factory assembled and tested in the USA.

NEVER run bleach, acids or quat disinfectant through the pump (READ FIRST)Sodium hypochlorite (soft-wash bleach), acids and quaternary disinfectants attack pump seals, valves and the unloader. Apply those only through a downstream injector after the pump, or with a separate soft-wash system. This is the most expensive mistake made with a pressure washer.
Heavy-duty degreaser (primary for grease and oil)Metered through the downstream / low-pressure detergent injector for equipment, engine bays, concrete oil stains and fleet wash. On a cold-water unit, dwell time replaces heat: apply low-pressure, let it work, then rinse.
All-purpose cleaner (general wash-down)Buildings, siding, vehicles, dumpsters and general commercial wash-down. Apply at low pressure, let it dwell, then rinse at full pressure (4000 PSI at 4.0 GPM).
Concrete and traffic-film cleanerFor flatwork, sidewalks and parking areas, run a surface-cleaner attachment with a concrete/degreasing cleaner to pull traffic film and tire marks evenly instead of wand-striping the slab.

What training is required to run this machine?

Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight for this machine is a flat rate to the lower 48, shown at checkout before you pay, and a liftgate is $150 per order if you have no dock or forklift. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?

Can I return it?
