Product description

The Hot2Go SH40004KH is Pressure-Pro's portable hot-water cart: a Kohler CH440 engine driving the pump for pressure while a diesel-fired burner heats the water in-line, rated 4000 PSI at 3.5 GPM. Electric start, schedule-80 heating coil, and the same gun/wand/hose/injector kit as the rest of the commercial line. Hot water cuts through grease and baked-on soil that a cold unit can't touch on its own.

NEVER run bleach, acids or quat disinfectant through the pump (READ FIRST)Sodium hypochlorite (soft-wash bleach), acids and quaternary disinfectants attack pump seals, valves and the unloader. Apply those only through a downstream injector after the pump, or with a separate soft-wash system. This is the most expensive mistake made with a pressure washer.
Heavy-duty degreaser (primary for grease and oil)Metered through the downstream / low-pressure detergent injector for equipment, engine bays, concrete oil stains and fleet wash. The hot-water burner (Diesel-fired burner, schedule-80 coil) does most of the work on baked-on grease — dilute accordingly.
All-purpose cleaner (general wash-down)Buildings, siding, vehicles, dumpsters and general commercial wash-down. Apply at low pressure, let it dwell, then rinse at full pressure (4000 PSI at 3.5 GPM).
Concrete and traffic-film cleanerFor flatwork, sidewalks and parking areas, run a surface-cleaner attachment with a concrete/degreasing cleaner to pull traffic film and tire marks evenly instead of wand-striping the slab.

What training is required to run this machine?

Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight is free on orders $500+ to the lower 48, and a liftgate is included if you have no dock or forklift. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?

The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.

Can I return it?

Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
