Product description
The CD100E is the CD100 platform with remote-monitoring features added: an adjustable alarm humidistat with a voltage-free connector, a power-on indicator and an hours-run meter, plus an included wall-mounting bracket. It keeps the same floating compressor, Reverse Cycle defrost and epoxy-coated steel chassis for warehouses, storage rooms and marine installations down to 33F.

How does freight delivery actually work?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
