Product description

The Cleanmaster answers when a crew needs one machine to strip on Monday and spray-buff or bonnet-clean carpet on Thursday. A switch takes the same 1.5 HP 66-frame D/C rectified motor from 175 RPM for aggressive scrubbing and stripping to 300 RPM for spray buffing, shampooing and bonnet work on this 17 in apron build. Because the motor is D/C rectified, it avoids the burn-outs, low-voltage drops and startup torque problems that hit A/C machines at the end of long cord runs.

Dual-speed brush: 175 RPM for stripping and heavy scrubbing, 300 RPM for spray buffing, shampooing and carpet bonnet cleaning.
1.5 HP 66-frame D/C rectified motor with triple-planetary gears, 13-15 amps — no burn-outs, no low-voltage or startup torque problems.
Takes a 15 in rotary brush or a 16 in pad driver with riser (order separately); B/92 style clutch plate.
All-metal polished reinforced apron and chassis add weight for a brighter, longer-lasting shine.
Safety interlock switch plus non-conductive dual triggers; 48 in fully adjustable handle.
6 in non-marking fixed wheels; one 50 ft 14/3-gauge safety power cord.
Optional 16/18/20 in high-speed cushioned pad drivers (1709/1909/2109) available for the 300 RPM side of the job.

This machine does not recover its own solution (READ FIRST)A rotary floor machine scrubs; it does not pick up. Every wet job needs a wet/dry vacuum or an auto-scrubber behind it to remove the slurry before it dries back onto the floor.
Neutral floor cleaner (scrub and recoat prep)Routine deep scrub of sealed or finished floors. Pad: RED (light) or BLUE (general) at 17 in. Dilute per label and keep the floor wet — a rotary at 175 RPM burns a dry floor.
Heavy-duty degreaser (alkaline)Kitchens, shops and heavy traffic film. Pad: GREEN (heavy scrub). Rinse and neutralize after a high-alkaline product before any finish is applied.
Floor stripper (finish removal)The job this machine is best at. Pad: BLACK (aggressive strip) at 17 in. Flood, dwell, scrub, then wet-vac the slurry, rinse and neutralize before recoating.
Floor finish / sealerApplied separately by mop or applicator after the strip, never through the machine.
