The Carbon-Lite is Mosquito America's flagship backpack vacuum: a Poly-Carbon body powered by the Pulse Power motor with 121 inches of static lift. The patent-pending Never-Clog hose tapers from 1.5 inches at the wand end to 3 inches entering the vacuum body, so an 8-inch straw of debris can't jam it. Titanium and aluminum hardware, a suspended backrest that keeps the motor's heat off your back, and the Smooth-Glide floor tool standard. About 88% of components are manufactured in the USA. Designed, manufactured and assembled in Huntington Beach, California. This configuration ships bare, with no tool kit, for shops that already stock their own wands and floor tools.

What training is required to run this machine?

How does freight delivery actually work?

What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: Lifetime on the body and switch, 5 years on the pump, motor and pigtail. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
