Product description
The Super HEPA backpack vacuum is built to vacuum 60% faster than a standard upright, which is the whole case for carrying it instead of pushing a machine down a hallway. It draws 152 CFM at 88 inches of static lift from an 11.4-amp, 1328-watt motor, with the same motor and airflow across both the 6-quart and 10-quart sizes. CRI Seal of Approval Gold-level HEPA filtration captures 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns, and a thermal-protected motor shuts the vacuum off before it overheats rather than burning out. It ships complete with the standard six-piece tool kit: a 54-inch S-bend aluminum wand, 14-inch scalloped floor tool, 14-inch nylon floor tool, 3-inch natural fiber dusting brush, 5-inch upholstery tool and 11-inch crevice tool. Designed, manufactured and assembled in Huntington Beach, California. This configuration swaps the standard S-bend wand six-piece kit for the Sidewinder 6-piece tool kit.

Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

How does freight delivery actually work?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: Lifetime on the body, 7 years on the motor, pigtail and switch. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
