Product description
The MRCOOL CoolBlade 16 ft is a high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) industrial ceiling fan that cools and ventilates up to 1,640 sq ft of warehouse, shop, barn or gym floor at 80 RPM. Its permanent magnet synchronous motor draws 0.75 kW on a single-phase 220-240 V circuit (15 A breaker) and runs at 38 dB(A). The controller, connecting rod, steel safety rope and mounting hardware for I-beam, square steel or concrete structures ship in the box. The 2-year parts warranty applies only when a state-certified or licensed electrician installs the fan.
- 5 reinforced magnesium alloy blades with aerodynamic winglets
- Gearless permanent magnet synchronous motor, 38 dB(A)
- Safety: integrated motor bracket, anti-falling expansion sleeve, steel wire safety rope, electrical overload protection
- Locking control box with emergency stop, push-button speed control, digital display, IP66 protection
- Mounts to I-beam, square steel or concrete; mounting hardware and install tools included
- 2-year parts warranty (licensed electrician installation required)
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

Questions, answered
What training is required to run this machine?
Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.
How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight is free on orders $500+ to the lower 48. Full guide: how freight delivery works.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 2 years parts; requires installation by a state-certified or licensed electrician. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost. Full terms.
Will you match a lower price?
Yes, on machines. Send us the listing before you order and we match the same model advertised for less by another US seller. Price match terms.
Can my organization pay by purchase order?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted, and net terms are reviewed case by case for approved commercial accounts. Use the commercial quote form to tell us your billing process.
Which pads and cleaning products should I use?
Use only verified product references and the manufacturer's compatibility requirements. Contact the equipment desk with your floor type and application before substituting a product.
