Product description

The 10-gallon Pulsar Delta combines a Dual Airwatt vacuum motor built specifically for wet pickup with a Dual Element heater to create a portable carpet extractor with unmatched moisture protection. Large 12" rear wheels and a stair-assist design take the strain out of moving between floors, and a clamshell design with a rear service panel gives quick access to internal components for service. It requires two separate 20 amp circuits and ships with 20A plugs to match.

Low-foam requirement (READ FIRST)A carpet extractor pulls used solution back through the vacuum motor. Only LOW-FOAM carpet-extraction chemistry may be used — foam builds in the 10 gallon recovery tank, gets pulled into the vac motor and destroys water lift.
Low-foam carpet-extraction detergent (primary)The everyday deep-clean chemistry for offices, hotels, schools and restoration work. Meter at label dilution into the 10 gallon solution tank.
Pre-spray / traffic-lane cleanerPre-spray heavy soil and traffic lanes, let it dwell, then extract. Releases soil faster and cuts the number of passes, which matters more than raw machine power on heavily soiled carpet.
Heat pairingThis unit heats solution (Dual Element), which raises detergent activity on greasy and oily soils. Use only low-foam, heat-stable extraction chemistry.
Defoamer (protects the vac motor)Keep a defoamer on hand and dose the recovery tank the moment foam appears. A vacuum motor killed by foam costs far more than the defoamer.
Carpet protector (finishing pass)Applied as a separate pass after extraction to extend soil resistance between cleans.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight for this machine is a flat rate to the lower 48, shown at checkout before you pay, and a liftgate is $150 per order if you have no dock or forklift. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?
