The OPTIMIZER is Sandia's high-efficiency 12-gallon portable extractor built around dual 6.6-inch 2-stage vacuum motors (133 CFM, 215-inch water lift) — up to 42% more efficient than a standard Sniper extractor — on a 300 PSI pump with a 2000-watt in-line heater (200 degree F solution).

Low-foam requirement (READ FIRST)A carpet extractor pulls used solution back through the vacuum motor. Only LOW-FOAM carpet-extraction chemistry may be used — foam builds in the 12-gallon each recovery tank, gets pulled into the vac motor and destroys water lift.
Low-foam carpet-extraction detergent (primary)The everyday deep-clean chemistry for offices, hotels, schools and restoration work. Meter at label dilution into the solution tank. Pump runs to 300 PSI — follow the dilution for the pressure you are running.
Pre-spray / traffic-lane cleanerPre-spray heavy soil and traffic lanes, let it dwell, then extract. Releases soil faster and cuts the number of passes, which matters more than raw machine power on heavily soiled carpet.
Defoamer (protects the vac motor)Keep a defoamer on hand and dose the recovery tank the moment foam appears. A vacuum motor killed by foam costs far more than the defoamer.
Carpet protector (finishing pass)Applied as a separate pass after extraction to extend soil resistance between cleans.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight is free on orders $500+ to the lower 48. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?
