Product description
The Machflow Plus is the Machflow high-speed automatic hand dryer with a HEPA filter medium and an Ion Hygienic ionizer fitted as standard. This model, M09ACS-UL-ION, has a satin stainless steel finish. Warranty is covered by the Saniflow Corp. hand dryer warranty certificate.
- HEPA filter medium filters up to 99% of suspended solid particles such as pollen, dust mites and tobacco smoke
- Ion Hygienic ionizer emits negatively charged particles to purify the air; CARB certified air cleaning device
- Air velocity up to 203 mph; dries hands in 10-15 seconds at 67-74 dBA
- Adjustable motor power from 350 to 1050 W with a 250 W heating element
- Universal voltage (110-220V), UL / cUL / CSA listed; ADA compliant with the optional recess kit
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

What training is required to run this machine?

How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
