Product description
The SM18H is a portable heated carpet extractor: a 1.74 HP heater warms water to 149F while a 1.34 HP 3-stage vacuum motor and 160 PSI pump handle suction and extraction. A 25-foot power cord and 15-foot suction hose give it reach across rooms, and dual power cords on separate circuits for the heater and vacuum prevent overload. Built for carpets, rugs, upholstery, car interiors and mattresses in hotels, offices and auto detailing shops. Backed by Sanitmax's 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
