Its small footprint suits offices and mid-size facilities where storage space is tight. Backed by Sanitmax's 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Questions, answered
What training is required to run this machine?
Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.
How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight for this machine is a flat rate to the lower 48, shown at checkout before you pay. Full guide: how freight delivery works.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost. Full terms.
Will you match a lower price?
Yes, on machines. Send us the listing before you order and we match the same model advertised for less by another US seller. Price match terms.
Can my organization pay by purchase order?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted, and net terms are reviewed case by case for approved commercial accounts. Use the commercial quote form to tell us your billing process.
Which pads and cleaning products should I use?
Use only verified product references and the manufacturer's compatibility requirements. Contact the equipment desk with your floor type and application before substituting a product.
