Product description
The SM460D is a self-propelled 4-in-1 machine that replaces a carpet extractor, floor scrubber, grout cleaner and wet vacuum with one unit. A 160 PSI pump and 210 RPM roller brush scrub and extract in one pass, backed by a 20-gallon solution tank and 21-gallon recovery tank for extended runs. The self-propelled drive cuts operator fatigue on daily routes across hotels, schools, hospitals and office buildings. Cold-water model; the SM460DH adds heated cleaning. Backed by Sanitmax's 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
