The SM650 is a no-power manual push sweeper that clears up to 29,000 sq ft per hour, faster than a broom with none of the electrical or battery upkeep. A 6.6-gallon waste container empties easily and the handle folds flat for storage. Quiet operation suits driveways, garages, patios and any hard surface where plugging in isn't practical. Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.
