Product description
The Ultra 1300 SS is the stainless-steel-coil version of Therma-Kleen's largest propane steam cleaner, sized for areas over 1000 sq ft or heavier equipment-cleaning jobs. It runs at 1300 PSI and up to 340F on 2.2 GPM of water, drawing 200000 BTU/hr from an LP-gas burner and only a 115VAC outlet. Stainless steel coils replace the Std model's aluminum coils (Therma-Kleen notes the SS coils draw slightly more fuel). It ships with a 50 ft steam hose and a 4 ft wand with trigger gun.

What training is required to run this machine?

How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 1 yr parts/labor; lifetime on boiler. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
