Product description
The Ultra 250E is Therma-Kleen's compact electric steam cleaner for indoor and chemical-free environments where propane or other fuels can't be used. It electrically heats and pressurizes water to 250 PSI and up to 260F on 2.0 GPM, runs on 208/220/480 VAC 3-phase power, and generates no fumes, making it USDA-allowable for sanitizing and disinfecting. It ships on 4 wheels (2 front casters, 2 rigid rear) with a 25 ft steam hose, a 4 ft wand with trigger gun and a powder-coated blue body.

What training is required to run this machine?

How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 1 yr parts/labor; lifetime on boiler. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
